It took quite some time of practical work and continued learning before we finally decided in May 1997 to establish the first sparkling wine cellars, to produce sparkling wine of controlled ecoviticulture.
As a qualified wine manager Joachim Sieben acquired the professional experience and competence over several years with various wineries in Germany: Secthaus Geiling (Bacharach), Weingut Heyl zu Herrnsheim (Nierstein, Naturland), Weingut Edelfaul (Manubach, ecovin). Johanna Wagner-Sieben is a graduated engineer for environmental protection and acquired the necessary experience in various environmental services as well as in project/quality management and the marketing of wines of ecoviticulture. |
